U18 Referee - Thomas Cope
Thomas, who began his football journey with Colsterworth Colts at the age of five, decided to retire from playing at the end of the 2023/24 season to focus on refereeing. This season, he has primarily focused on officiating matches for younger age groups. Thomas has thoroughly enjoyed his first season as a referee and has seen a significant boost in his confidence.

U18 Referee - Ollie Hudson
Ollie began shadowing our U9s team last season. Initially, he observed the coaches refereeing their matches before gradually taking charge of a few games under their supervision. He completed his referee course late last season and has spent this season building his confidence by officiating U9s league matches. Additionally, he has refereed a couple of U12 games and one or two U14 matches. Colsterworth has supported Ollie throughout his journey and looks forward to seeing him progress as a league referee next season.
